2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account with bet949. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where sufficient age verification cannot be provided. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bet949 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident. bet949 makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register or use the Services.
2.3 Registration Accuracy. When registering a bet949 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and registered mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.4 One Account Per User. Each individual may hold only one active bet949 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances and bonuses are subject to confiscation without prior notice.

On closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any voided bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment method subject to verification.
3.3 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bet949 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts once the balance falls below the applicable threshold, provided at least 30 days' email notice has been given. Dormant accounts will not be charged below a zero balance.
4.1 Accepted Methods. bet949 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are published in the bet949 Cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within 1–2 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. bet949 requires that any deposit be wagered at least once in real-money game play before a withdrawal request will be processed. This condition is separate from any bonus wagering requirements. bet949 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving a withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
4.5 Matching Payment Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bet949 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method prior to processing.
4.6 Currency. All balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on bet949 are denominated in PKR. You bear full responsibility for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits.
5.1 Eligibility. All bonuses and promotions offered by bet949 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps as detailed in the applicable bonus terms. These must be read in full before opting in to any promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your bet949 account must be wagered the stated number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on bet949 is governed by its specific rules, which are available within the game interface or market page. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game or market before participating.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, per bet, and per market. These are displayed within each game and market prior to placing a wager and are subject to change.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or obvious pricing error ("palpable error") affecting any game round or betting market, bet949 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the user's account. bet949 is not liable for any losses arising from a malfunction or error.
6.4 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the bet949 Sports Rules as published on the platform. Casino game results are final once the game round is completed. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date.
6.5 Collusion and Match Fixing. Any form of collusion with other players, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or participation in match-fixing or corrupt activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities.
